Mauger, Samuel.

Politician and social worker, who formed the National Anti-Sweating League of Victoria in 1880, held positions on the Melbourne Metropolitan Fire Brigades Board from 1883 till his death, was president of the Melbourne Total Abstinence Society and Chairman of the Indeterminate Sentences Board.
